  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing well. Incorporate sour cream, vanilla extract, and melted white chocolate until blended.
  3. Gently fold in fresh raspberries without crushing them too much.
  4. Pour filling over the prepared crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let cool inside with the door ajar for an hour.
  5. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
