  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Toss chopped apples with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon in a bowl; set aside.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and mix with remaining brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Combine biscuit pieces with the apple mixture and drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it; toss gently.
  5. Layer half the mixture into the bundt pan, drizzle with melted butter, then add remaining mixture, topping with more butter and caramel.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown; cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
