  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red or yellow)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups grated cheese (cheddar and mozzarella mix)

Instructions

  2. 2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
