  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
