  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
