  • 2 lbs king or snow crab legs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen crab legs in cold water for 30 minutes or rinse fresh ones under cold water.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning.
  4. Place the crab legs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle half of the garlic butter sauce over them.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through, watching closely to prevent overcooking.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining garlic butter sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with lemon wedges.
