Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
  4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop chilled dough into balls and roll each ball generously in powdered sugar.
  6. Place on prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
