  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Pita bread (4 pieces)
  • Fresh veggies (lettuce, tomatoes) for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let rest before slicing.
