  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg (preferably freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in sour cream, eggs (one at a time), and eggnog until fully combined. Stir in nutmeg and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and crack the door open; let cool inside for an hour.
  5. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
