  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 sheets ready-made puff pastry (thawed)

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out and cut puff pastry into rectangles. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Gradually stir in eggnog until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until smooth to create the filling.
  4. Once pastry layers are cooled, slice them horizontally. Layer one piece on a platter, spread half of the pudding mixture over it, then add another layer of pastry. Repeat until all layers are stacked.
