  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 10 gyoza wrappers
  • 1 cup bok choy, lightly steamed
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry marinated chicken until golden brown on both sides. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Place filling in gyoza wrappers, moisten edges with water, fold and seal.
  4. Pan-fry gyoza until golden brown; add water to steam for about five minutes.
  5. Bring chicken broth to a simmer; add bok choy and season with soy sauce.
  6. In serving bowls, layer cooked ramen noodles at the bottom, pour broth over them, top with sliced chicken and gyoza, and garnish with green onions.
