  • 1 lb pizza dough (fresh or store-bought)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped herbs, and shredded mozzarella; mix well.
  3. Take golf ball-sized pieces of pizza dough and flatten slightly on a floured surface.
  4. Place about one tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each flattened dough piece. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal.
