  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade (reserve marinade) and place it on the griddle. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  5. In a saucepan, heat reserved marinade over medium heat. Mix cornstarch with water; add to the saucepan and stir until thickened.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over cooked chicken on the griddle, tossing to coat evenly before serving.
