Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and poke holes in the russet potatoes.
  2. Bake potatoes directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  4. Stir in rinsed black beans and heat through for about five minutes.
