Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, cover with a lid and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool and Peel: Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes. Peel under running water for easier shell removal.
