  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp red food coloring (gel preferred)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, and sugar until combined.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; cool slightly before mixing into dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and red food coloring until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add sugar if desired.
  6. Pour half the fudge batter into the prepared pan. Spread cheesecake mixture over it, then top with remaining fudge batter.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but soft in the center. Allow to cool, then slice into squares.
