  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (sautéed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or tomatoes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each bagel in half horizontally and scoop out some of the insides.
