  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, and some Alfredo sauce until combined.
  4. Spread filling on each noodle and roll up tightly; place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
