  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large bread rolls
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out the bread rolls and brush insides with olive oil.
  2. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in red pepper flakes.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic sauce. Mix in Parmesan cheese.
