Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Peel and chop sweet potatoes into chunks; boil in water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
  2. Drain and mash sweet potatoes in the pot with butter, brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Spread the mashed mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
