  1. Trim excess fat from the turkey breasts, rinse under cold water, and pat dry. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil. Sauté sliced onion and minced garlic until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
