  • 4 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry. In a bowl, toss shrimp with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, sour cream, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the creamy slaw.
  4. Warm tortillas on a skillet or directly over flame until pliable.
