  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  1. Slice the beef sirloin thinly against the grain. Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil and swirl to coat.
  3. Add sliced beef to the hot wok in a single layer. Sear for about 2 minutes without stirring, then stir-fry for another minute until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add more oil if needed and toss in bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return cooked beef to the wok with grated ginger. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring until combined.
