  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil and cook steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook rigatoni in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes until al dente, then drain (reserve 1 cup of pasta water).
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Return rigatoni and steak to the skillet; toss together, adding reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
  5. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan or herbs.
