  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
