  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook fusilli pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
