  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop the cauliflower into small florets, roughly chop the kale, dice the onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. Sauté Sausage: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
