  • 3 fresh jalapeños, diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
