  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz) bag Doritos (flavor of your choice)
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. While the beef cooks, prepare the vegetables: chop the romaine, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the green onions.
  3. Once the beef is ready, let it cool slightly and add it to a large mixing bowl with lettuce and vegetables. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Drizzle sour cream over the mixture; stir to coat evenly.
  5. Just before serving, crush Doritos slightly and sprinkle them on top of the salad. Toss lightly to combine.
