  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes), then drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat and stir in marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with salt and pepper until creamy.
