  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Sauté onions and celery until softened (5-7 minutes).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes with sautéed vegetables and fresh herbs. Toss gently.
