  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about two inches apart.
