  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Nashville hot chicken spice mix
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last filled with panko breadcrumbs mixed with the Nashville hot spice.
